Weave Maps is a flexible platform where one can create virtual scenarios in photorealistic maps, for training, monitoring, debrief and more. The maps help you with improved situational awareness, flexible scenario generation, and real-life tracking of objects, relevant for a broad span of contexts and industries, including Fire and Rescue, Emergency services, and Industry protection. The solution is developed and powered by Breach VR's daughter company, Weave Reality.

With Weave Maps you can pick any geographical location across the globe, visualise it in a 3D map, and use it as a basis for your scenario creation. Populate the map with objects such as cars, fire, smoke, people, and more, chosen from a content-rich asset palette. Pick one object at a time, and place it onto the map, in order to create your scenario.

When the scenario is created, discuss it together in a group, by letting multiple people connect to their headsets or letting them access the scenario through their desktop or mobile phone, on location or remotely. The scenario could also easily be casted to a screen for everyone to watch. As the discussion evolves, adjustments or new elements can be added. One could also easily jump between multiple scenarios, if desired.

After your exercise is completed, you will be able to generate a report transcribing what people said, time spent, and other key statistics. Of course, the tool can also be used in other ways, whether you just want to share a scenario directly with a colleague, showcase how placing an object in a certain environment would look like, or other application areas spun out from your imagination.

Weave Reality currently has a formalised collaboration with three Norwegian Fire Departments through an innovation project, as well as dialogue with multiple fire departments across Norway and Germany. The company also has an ongoing process with the aim of exploring the product's value within industry protection.
